QA Tester
The QA Tester helps ensure that Fearplay runs smoothly and delivers a stable and immersive experience. This role focuses on identifying bugs, testing gameplay, and supporting overall quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Test gameplay features, systems, and builds regularly
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly (e.g. via Jira or Trello)
- Reproduce issues and help track their status
- Provide feedback on gameplay, usability, and overall experience
- Collaborate with Designers and Programmers to improve qualit
- Support playtesting sessions and internal testing efforts
Ideal Skills & Qualities
- Interest in testing games and improving player experience
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Curiosity about how systems work and where issues might occur
- Interest in horror games and immersion
- Basic familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Trello) is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to test, document, and collaborate with the team
